The video does not play smoothly, is there a way to fix this?

Ensure that you have the latest version of Real Player, QuickTime or Windows Media Player. If you are using a dial up line, make sure you are on the 56kb version on the movie and not the DSL/cable version. Also ensure that you have your connection speed set correctly in QuickTime. To do this, open the QuickTime settings from the control panel and click on "Connection Speed" choose your connection speed. If the movie is still not playing smoothly, you can always lower the speed for better performance.
